Any content including 60 fps or high quality resolution. 4k Graphics. High Definition.

Rules:

  1. 1. Content must be 60 fps

    Content must be 60 fps - both native and interpolated content is allowed.

  2. 2. Video quality must be acceptable

    Resolution != quality.

    With Gfycat, clips must be converted to the WebM format before uploading, otherwise there is significant compression and quality loss when Gfycat does the conversion itself.

    Example video converters include XMedia Recode and HandBrake; use the VP8 (not VP9) video codec.

  3. 3. Clips must be hosted on approved sites

    Currently, the only approved host is Gfycat, and any submissions from other domains are automatically removed.
