This is where you can ask all the questions you've wanted to ask an escort, but never had the ability to. Now you can!

This is a subreddit devoted to education, outreach, and harm reduction. Questions about the way the industry works and laws related to escorting are preferred. We want to promote discussion on how to change escorting and society's view of it for the better.

Rules:

  1. 1. Must be a flaired provider to respond

    Only providers who have messaged the mods and been flaired may answer OP directly. Non-providers may reply to an escort's comment, as we encourage education, understanding, and conversation. However, please refrain from answering OPs' questions, other people's questions, or arguing with providers about their answers. This is not a sub where clients and wannabe clients get to sit around and chat.

    Repeat offenses of commenting outside of these rules will result in a ban.

  2. 2. Don't be an asshole.

    Any posts/comments which are degrading, demeaning, or downright rude WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, from either Non-providers and Providers, and will be removed. Depending on the level of assholery you might get a second chance, or you might just be banned.

  4. 4. "Where / how do I find escorts / is this person real?"

    Read the pinned post titled How To Find a Safe Provider

  5. 5. No fan fiction porn / fetish mining.

    This is not the appropriate venue to try out your hand at erotic literature or to get free fap material.

  6. 6. Only one question per post + no surveys.

    No surveys unless you message the mods detailed and verifiable information, and no guarantees. We aren't writing your article or doing your psych homework anymore, you've ruined it.

  7. 7. No advertising or soliciting.

    THIS INCLUDES EXCHANGING WEBSITES. We are making it clear that this sub is absolutely not for advertising or transactions in any way. This includes any posts that could facilitate the connection of sex sellers and sex buyers which would be a violation of Reddit's rules. We want people to come to this subreddit and walk away with a greater understanding that sex workers are people just like them.

  8. 8. No advocating sex work for anyone underage.

    We absolutely under no uncertain terms DO NOT advocate anyone under the age of majority be involved in sex work in any way, shape, or form.

  9. 9. "I'm a straight man, how do I become an escort for only women?"

    You can't.

  10. 10. No encouraging bare services

    No asking where to find/how to get/encouraging/"just asking about" bare services.

  11. 11. No advocating for pimps, or excusing pimps.

    It's sexual slavery, it's not ok, and just because the word 'pimp' is being used doesn't make it different and somehow acceptable.

  12. 12. No discussion of blacklist sites or private forums.

    Do not discuss or name any blacklist, private safety resource or sex worker only forums, clients lurk here.

  13. 13. No medical questions.

    For obvious reasons, this is not a forum to seek medical advice. Please seek appropriate online sources such as Planned Parenthood or the WHO for up to date medical information, and speak to your doctor directly with any immediate concerns.
