    r/MacromastiaIRL is intended for women with abnormally large breast (bigger than what is typically considered large in most media; not necessarily macromastia). There should be a noticeably larger bust whether the post be SFW or NSFW. This applies to post of women of all sizes.

  3. 3. No body shaming.

    If you don’t like a certain pair or body size, keep scrolling. Large breast typically come with a larger body.

  4. 4. No doxxing.

    If you post a woman that is not a model and just has larger breasts, it must either be SFW or if NSFW, uploaded with consent. In that case, if the person does not wish to have to their information published, please respect their privacy and refrain from disclosing identifying information. Any posts not abiding by such rules will be removed and the user banned.
