Rule #3: Image Cropping Guidelines
Please ensure that your image is properly cropped, removing any unnecessary borders or irrelevant information. This enhances clarity and focus on the main subject. Refer to Example 1 and Example 2 for guidance.
Effective cropping significantly improves the chances of receiving accurate responses from SauceNaoBOT and RepostBOT when posting your image.
Rule #4: Check for Reposts Before Posting
Before submitting a new post, review recent submissions for reposts. Confirm your image, especially if seeking its source, hasn't been posted previously. Although bots aid in detecting reposts, manually checking recent posts reduces redundancy, saving time and effort in finding sources, thereby making the process more efficient for the entire community.
Rule #5: Post Moderately
To maintain a balanced community feed, please limit your posting frequency. Avoid making multiple posts in quick succession. Ideally, leave a gap of several hours between each post. This approach helps prevent overwhelming other users with a stream of your posts in their feed and ensures a more enjoyable experience for everyone.

Before posting, we suggest using SauceNao, [Goolge Lens](https://images.google.com/ to find sources for images. This tool is particularly effective with moderately cropped images. While our bots also use SauceNao, doing your own initial search saves community time and effort. Your effort in using this tool before posting is valued and helps in maintaining an efficient and smooth experience for all community members.
Rule #7: Require Direct Image Links
In posts, link directly to image files (e.g, https://cdn.imgchest.com/files/myd5coop3k4.jpg) rather than webpages (e.g, https://imgchest.com/p/bp45xo5an75).
