    Any user caught trying to gain upvotes by offering something in return - "I will post X if I get X number of upvotes" will receive a one week ban for the first violation and permanent if they are caught again.

    Also paid "Down Vote" against to Top Post if we caught it , Permanent Ban with no discussion !

  5. 5. Post titles asking for upvotes, joining a group or community are not allowed.
