    Use square brackets when posting the time that painal starts, for Ex. [2:20], Use [00:00] for painal that starts immediately, gifs, and compilations

    • In order to be considered painal, there has to be obvious (hopefully vocal) discomfort.

    • Obvious, over-acted content will be removed and the submitter shamed.

    • Off-topic posts will be removed.

    Repeat offenders of this rule get banned QUICKLY.
