    Photos are way more useful in gauging your progress if you include, at minimum, the following information in the thread's title or as a top-level comment:

    • Methods Used
    • Starting Date (Month and/or Year)
    • Starting Point (Coverage Index)
    • Typical Coverage (Coverage Index)
  4. 4. No overly sexualized posts or comments.
    • Comments involving sex, sexual come-ons, or sex acts are not allowed.
    • Hypothetically, if your comment was reported to the HR department of your work, would you immediately get fired? Or have to take course for sexual harassment or cultural sensitivity? Then don't say it here.
