A subreddit for those in the UK to find some used sex toys
The item, and a piece of paper with your username written on it in the same photo, to verify that you do in fact have the item. This is to increase buyer safety and prevent scams. Please do not use a spammy or pornographic image-hosting site. Please do not include any genitals in the photo verification or try our patience by getting very close to the line.
Price as well as material have to be posted or added as a comment, no exceptions. Other details that are helpful for sellers are the age, condition as well as what country you are willing to ship to. Don't leave out or mislabel the material as well, otherwise potential buyers can't see if the material is safe to use.
Posts for selling or trading only (trade posts must be items you are offering as trade, not requests for items you want to receive). If you want to buy something, using the search function would be your best option. This is also not the place for toy discussions; r/SexToys is a great community for that.
You're welcome to post those to other, relevant subreddits and mention them in the comments, but this is about selling sex toys, not sharing pornography. There are plenty of great subs for that, this is not one of them. This includes not showing your, or anyone else's, genitals in the username verification photo. If you want to sell insertable toys such as dildos or plugs, they need to be made from bodysafe materials such as silicone, glass, steel, ABS-plastic or other materials that are bodysafe and can be disinfected. Non-bodysafe materials such as TPE, TPR, Jelly, PVC and rubber are only acceptable for non-insertable toys like masturbators, BDSM gear and similar toys.
In the interest of safety as well as the intent of this subreddit, homemade items may not be listed for sale or trade.
Even body safe materials can be rendered unsafe through the use of additives or poor technique, or through flawed designs. Homemade toys do not have the same visibility or face the same scrutiny as toys sold through formal storefronts, and the mod team cannot validate the safety of these items.
Further, the subreddit is not meant to be a substitute for opening a storefront.
Actions which make this place less fun:
Frequent posting of the same items (this does not include replacing a post that was in violation of another rule, such as to add a proof photo)
Attempting to harass a seller into lowering their price by commenting that it isn't worth the asking price or that it can be purchased elsewhere for less (this does not restrict good-faith challenges in response to seller assertion of price paid or retail value)
Comments unrelated to the original post
Soliciting, engaging in, or promoting personal interactions related to sexting, controlling devices, or meeting up outside of this platform is strictly prohibited. This includes requests for remote control of toys, sharing personal contact information, or coordinating in-person meetups.
