Being respectful of others shouldn't deserve a description. The nuance here is in not being discouraging. This is a subreddit exclusively dedicated to gay kink. We are aware that kink is a relative concept and everyone lives it differently. However, for instance, lewd nudes or wearing only men's conventional garments will not make it, even if you add a kinky title or description. Equally "cross-dressing" is not a single piece of plain feminine attire, piss isn't kinky if all you're doing is what we all do every day. If you wonder if your posts are "kinky enough", most probably they are not.
This sub is mostly aimed at and manned by gay males; however, all queerness in all its various sexual orientations and genders are welcome. Anything mainly straight or dismissive of queer people will be moderated harshly.
