Micropenis is a medical condition concerning unusually small penises. It is defined as anything 2.5 standard deviations below average or smaller than about 7cm (2.75").

This community is primarily for micropenises: 7cm or 2.75" and below. Users may still post small penises up to 10cm or 4", with mods using discretion for anything between that and 11.5cm or 4.5". Anything above this is within a standard deviation of average, thus not considered small by r/micropenis and will be removed.
Any user posting humiliation themed comments on non-humiliation tagged posts will be banned. SPH is entirely allowed and encouraged but this subreddit is for micropenis related content of any kind, not strictly an SPH subreddit.
Advertising of a users OnlyFans, Kik, Dick Rates, etc. will be tolerated only if the user is considered to actively participate in the community through posts and comments, at the discretion of the mods.
