Let's talk about safe sex.
r/SafeSexPH welcomes and encourages discussions about safe sex practices–from consent, to contraception, to STI prevention–and reproductive and sexual health. Topics related to safely navigating kinks, LGBTQIA+ sex, and securely participating in casual sex (hooking up, etc.) are included.
If your post doesn’t fully fit into this community’s topics, we suggest checking out the following subreddits: r/alasjuicy, r/offmychestph, r/adultingph, r/Philippines, r/beautytalkph, r/relationship_advicePH
Full titles are required, and they must be specific to your concern or topic of discussion. Oversimplified and non-specific titles like “Question” will no longer be allowed. Additional information must be placed in the body of the post, with text properly spelled, paragraph-spaced, and comprehensible.
The loophole of posting a simple title with off-topic or rule-breaking subject matter in the comments will no longer be allowed and will result in a temporary or permanent ban.
The following activity will result in a temporary or permanent ban, the severity of the action depending on the offense taken by the user:
Understand that the Philippines has barely any sex education in the curriculum nor is it properly discussed at home. People ask questions because they do not have the privilege to sexual health resources or do not know how to process the available resources online/translate them in the Philippine setting. Do NOT be hostile, rude or judgemental towards the OP in the comments section. Rephrase your comments in a way that would result in a healthy discussion.
We highly value our readers and contributors' anonymity, so please do not post personal information such as real names, contact details, Facebook profiles, and so on.
We also do not allow any form of brigading (i.e. asking r/SafeSexPH users to harass another person, especially in real life).
r/SafeSexPH is for discussions and queries on sexual and reproductive health. It’s not a platform for pornography, erotica, and other NSFW content. Sharing links or information related to porn will result in a temporary or permanent ban, as will advertising or doxxing usernames, social media handles, etc.
Posting involuntary porn (i.e. scandals, leaks, revenge porn, etc.) will result in a permanent ban, and other necessary actions will be taken.
